Cofounder · Workforce innovation

Darnell is the founder and CEO of Thurgood Industries, a career platform connecting students in career and technical education, trade schools, and community colleges with employers in the skilled trades and advanced manufacturing. A Cornell University and Yale Law School graduate, he builds pathways that make skills visible and widen access to opportunity.

Jodi Anderson Jr.

Cofounder · Technology & education

Jodi is the founder of Rézme and Director of Technological Innovation for Cornell ILR’s Criminal Justice and Employment Initiative. A Stanford University graduate, he develops fair chance hiring technology and digital tools that help justice impacted people navigate background checks, employment systems, and reentry.
