Dante Richardson

Business strategy & venture development

Dante Richardson turns ambitious partnerships into programs and products that broaden access to opportunity.

About Dante

Dante is the Founder of Offertorium and a PipeDreamers Foundation cofounder. With experience at technology companies including Bubble and Liven, he brings a commercial and entrepreneurial lens to building products, developing partnerships, and connecting institutions with communities. His work spans venture strategy, product development, commercialization, and the practical work of getting promising ideas into the world.

A Buffalo native and Niagara Falls resident, Dante helped bring a Stanford-connected, college-level introduction to computing course to Niagara Falls High School students. The program gave young people access to coding, databases, website design, and AI tools through an after-school partnership. It exemplifies his belief that world-class learning should reach students in communities that are often left outside traditional pipelines.

Dante has also worked on fair chance employment technology. A SUNY Office of Higher Education in Prison profile describes his role as Chief Commercial Officer at Rézme and credits him with co-leading a technology transfer partnership between Cornell ILR and Rézme that produced Restorative Record, an application designed to give justice-impacted candidates a fuller way to present themselves in hiring.

At PipeDreamers, Dante connects business strategy to social purpose. He builds relationships, shapes viable models, and works to turn education and technology partnerships into lasting pathways for students and families. His experience across startups and institutions gives the foundation a bridge between bold ideas and execution.
